Swathi Karimilla serves as Program Supervisor at Stepping Stone Kids Academy’s Redmond preschool campus. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from India and an Early Childhood Education State Certificate from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Swathi has been part of the SSKA team for six years, beginning as an assistant teacher before progressing to her current role.

Swathi loves working with children, getting to know their individual personalities, and connecting with them through conversation. Teaching and learning alongside them are among her favorite parts of working at SSKA.

Outside of work, Swathi enjoys listening to music, spending time with her family, exploring arts and crafts, and playing board games.
