Soni Jaiswal serves as Program Supervisor at Stepping Stone Kids Academy's Everett preschool campus. She holds a graduate degree in early childhood education and brings several years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. Soni is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn. She collaborates closely with teachers and families to support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth. Her training and certifications cover the required areas of early childhood education, health, safety, and child development.

For Soni, the most rewarding part of working at SSKA is watching children learn, reach new milestones, and grow in confidence. She values being part of a caring team that creates a positive, engaging environment for children and families, and finds fulfillment in contributing to each child’s journey.

Outside of work, Soni enjoys gardening, listening to music, cooking, and taking long drives. She also loves spending quality time with her family and creating special memories with her two daughters.
