Selamawit holds a high school diploma and a Basic Early Childcare Certificate.
She has four years of experience working in early childcare and more than seven
years of customer service experience. Her diverse background has helped her
develop strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
She is passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment where
children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow.

Selamawit's favorite part of working at SSKA is engaging with children and being part of
their growth and development. I enjoy helping shape and guide them during
these important early years, watching their personalities and confidence grow,
and celebrating each new milestone they achieve. Being able to make a positive
difference in a child’s life is extremely rewarding to me.

Outside of work, Selamawit enjoys traveling and spending quality time outdoors
with her family. She especially enjoys walking and jogging on trails, exploring
unfamiliar places, and making memories with her loved ones.
