Rinata Shmakova is a Teacher at Stepping Stone Kids Academy’s Issaquah Montessori preschool campus. She brings years of experience working with children of different ages and enjoys getting to know each child’s unique personality, interests, and needs. She takes an individualized approach to supporting their learning and development.

For Rinata, the most rewarding part of teaching is watching children grow, learn, and become more independent. She believes helping children become kind, confident, and caring people is one of the most meaningful responsibilities an educator can have.

Outside the classroom, Rinata enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, traveling, and exploring new places. She also loves biking, rollerblading, swimming, and spending time in nature. Her other interests include listening to music, reading, cooking, and especially baking healthier treats for her family.
