Reshma Gayakwad serves as Lead Teacher and Program Supervisor at Stepping Stone Kids Academy’s Issaquah Montessori preschool campus. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from India, along with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Before entering the field of early childhood education, Reshma worked as a Software Engineer, developing skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. Today, she supports Pre-Kindergarten children’s learning and development through caring, hands-on experiences tailored to their developmental needs.

For Reshma, the most rewarding part of working at SSKA is building meaningful relationships with children and watching them learn, grow, and become more independent. She enjoys creating a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.

Outside the classroom, Reshma enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, painting, and cooking. She also loves learning new things that help her grow personally and professionally.
