Michel Garcia is a Lead Teacher at Stepping Stone Kids Academy’s Redmond preschool campus. She has experience working with young children and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow through hands-on activities, play, and positive guidance. She supports children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs. Michel especially enjoys working with toddlers, creating meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence.

For Michel, the most rewarding part of working at SSKA is getting to know each child and watching their personality emerge as they learn and grow. She loves creating fun activities and seeing children’s excitement when they discover something new. Building trusting relationships with children and their families is especially meaningful to her.

Outside the classroom, Michel enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, listening to music, and pursuing creative activities. She also loves being outdoors, trying new things, and making special memories with her loved ones.
