Mamta Sayal is a Pre-K Lead Teacher at Stepping Stone Kids Academy’s Redmond preschool campus. She holds a Master’s Degree in commerce and an Early Childhood Education certification from Renton Technical College in Washington. Mamta combines structured foundational learning with nurturing, play-based guidance to support each child’s academic and social development.

For Mamta, the most rewarding part of teaching is watching young learners blossom each day. She loves seeing children light up as they master new concepts, build confidence, learn to share, and navigate friendships. Contributing to their early growth makes every day meaningful.

Outside the classroom, Mamta enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring local hiking trails, and traveling to discover new places with family and friends.
