Latika Taneja is the Owner & Director of Stepping Stone Kids Academy. With more than thirty years of experience in education, she has dedicated her career to teaching, nurturing, and inspiring young children. She holds a master’s degree in education, a bachelor’s degree in child development, and 47 credits in early childhood education. Throughout her work, one belief has remained central: every child deserves to feel loved, valued, understood, and supported in reaching their full potential.

Latika’s vision for SSKA grew from her desire to create a school that feels like a second home—a place where academic learning goes hand in hand with emotional and social growth, warmth, and encouragement. Children’s curiosity, laughter, and ability to find wonder in everyday moments continue to inspire her. She considers the opportunity to help shape their earliest years both a privilege and a meaningful responsibility.

For Latika, the most rewarding moments are watching children discover something new, celebrate an accomplishment, or grow in confidence. Each milestone reinforces her love for education and her commitment to making a lasting difference for children and their families.

Outside of work, Latika treasures spending time with family, traveling, and creating memories together. She also enjoys learning and discovering new ways to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
